Privacy Policy

Fiber · Last updated Aug 22, 2026

Fiber is a reference tool for looking up fiber optic color code standards. This policy explains how the app handles information. The short version: it doesn't collect any.

Information we collect

None. Fiber does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. Specifically:

Information stored on your device

If you change settings in the app — such as a preferred color code standard or display option — those choices are saved locally on your device so the app remembers them. This information never leaves your device, is not accessible to us, and is removed when you delete the app.

Third parties

Fiber does not include any third-party software development kits, advertising libraries, or analytics tools. No data is shared with anyone, because none is gathered in the first place.

Children's privacy

Fiber does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is a general-purpose reference tool and is not directed at children.

Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal information a company holds about you. Because Fiber collects no personal information, there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete, or sell. We do not sell or share personal information under any circumstances.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app changes how it handles information, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
